Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
No refunds of the entry fee will be given:
(a) if, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize; or
(b) if you are disqualified from the competition by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions.
